From ordering to delivery
We will explain the general flow from receiving your request to delivery.
We deliver high quality products under thorough quality control.

Contact us
Please contact us using the inquiry form. If you are in a hurry, we can also accept inquiries by phone or fax.

Meeting / Quotation
We will conduct interviews based on customer requests and drawings. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
After understanding the product specifications, we will first provide you with a quote. The accuracy of the estimate will vary depending on the planning stage and the presence or absence of drawings.

Contract / Order
After reviewing the contract terms and conditions, we will place the order if there are no problems.
Please let us know if any other non-disclosure agreements are required.

Design / Prototype
We will manufacture a prototype based on the design drawings.
We assist our customers in their development by proposing shapes that are lean and mass-produced. We will manufacture a prototype after inspecting the mold.

Quality inspection
We will carefully examine the created prototype to see if there are any problems.
If the result is a pass, we will begin mass production, but if the result is a fail, we will return to step 04 and prepare a prototype again.
We will make a pass/fail judgment again and create something that you are satisfied with.

Mass production / Final processing
Once the inspection passes, we will begin mass production.
After modeling ⇒ pouring ⇒ (product) removing the mold, unnecessary parts are cut, polishing (deburring), shot, and heat treatment are performed to finish the product.
Regardless of quantity or size, we provide total manufacturing services from aluminum casting to processing, assembly, and shipping of finished products.

Quality inspection (re)
All completed items will be sent for inspection. We inspect each item one by one to ensure there are no problems with strength or shape.
All delivered products are inspected and leak tests and image judgments are performed as necessary.
Furthermore, we have high-quality equipment such as CT and SEM, and pursue high-level manufacturing.

Shipping / Delivery
Once all inspections have been completed, we will check to see if the product meets your requirements before packing and delivering the product.
