In order to accurately understand customer requests and provide highly accurate estimates, we ask for information on the following six points.
Of course, there is no problem if there is something unclear about each process or the specifications have not been decided, so in that case, please consult us when contacting us.
1. Shape
Please provide drawings.
If possible, we would be happy to provide you with a 3D presentation (regardless of format), allowing for smoother estimates and discussions.
2. Quantity
Please let us know the number of lifetime plans, annual plans, and LOT.
3. Materials, specifications, etc.
Please let us know your mechanical properties, appearance requirements, etc.
4. Estimate range
Please let us know what you would like us to do, such as materials, machining, surface treatment, pressure testing, and assembly.
5. Manufacturing method
If you have a specific manufacturing method, please let us know.
If there is nothing in particular or you do not understand, please let us know.
6. Purpose of request
If you don’t mind, please let us know the reason for contacting us. We would like to confirm the purpose that the customer is aiming for with the production.
